What’s your dream at Toyota?

“Honor your dreams.”

This was President Sato’s message to the new recruits. As they viewed the cars on display, what did those dreams look like? Here are just a few.

“I want to create cars that can be enjoyed by people everywhere.”

“I love engines, so I want to build engines that are environmentally friendly.”

“I want to develop technologies that will make the world a safer place, free from accidents.”

“I want to master technologies without losing my initial passion.”

“I saw my first real GR Yaris, which was too cool. The mud splattered on the body tells the story of what it’s been through. I want to start by mastering the fundamentals so that one day I can challenge myself to push the boundaries.”

“Sitting inside the Mirai felt amazing. This is the kind of car I want to make at Toyota.”

“I want to grow as an individual alongside the cars we make.”

“I want to be someone other staff can rely on.”

“I want to look beyond the hospital and energize the entire town by emphasizing our relationship with the community.”

“While I won’t be directly making cars, I want to support the health of the people who drive them. And one day, I hope to drive an LC500!”

Spurred on by these car-inspired dreams, what sort of mobility future will Toyota’s 1,892 newest members create?

We look forward to following their endeavors!
