What did President Koji Sato hope to convey in his message to the dealers who sell Toyota's cars in the U.S.?

The annual U.S. National Dealer Meeting was held in Las Vegas in September, bringing together representatives from Toyota dealerships around the country.

The event gave President Sato his first opportunity to make a presentation in the U.S. since taking on the top job.

As he stood on that stage, building on the vision and the dealer relationship fostered by Chairman Akio Toyoda over the past 14 years, what did President Sato want to convey to his American partners?
