Takeshi Okada is the former head coach of Japan's national soccer team and current principal of FC Imabari High School Satoyama in Ehime Prefecture.
His teaching philosophy resonated with Chairman Akio Toyoda, leading to a bond that has been given shape in “Akio Juku,” a special lecture held at the school.
Okada hosted the “Okada Juku” in return.
Okada toured the school prior to the session, saying “I want to share something that might help them, even if just a little, as they make their way through life.”
